All staff members are selected based on their strong love and commitment to children as well as their professional experience.

Our director, Julie Aronis, comes to us with ten years of experience and is also the lead teacher for the three- year-old class. Julie has extensive experience in a number of specialized areas, including working with children who have English as a second language.

We have three lead teachers, including Julie, one teacher and one teacher’s assistant. All of our teachers meet or exceed the Office for Child Care Services requirements.
